We are looking for a wide range of candidates who fit the following criteria:

ENTRY-LEVEL

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 1-3 years experience in a professional working environment?

Excellent analytical and flexible, critical-thinking capabilities

Ability to independently execute high-quality tasks and work streams, with guidance from senior resources

Strong written and verbal communication

Able and willing to travel up to 80%

Very computer literate; able to use spread-sheet & other analytical tools (e.g. MS Office) as required.

EARLY CAREER

MBA or equivalent work experience required

Minimum 3-7 years work experience in a professional environment

Ability to design and execute project work streams and effectively delegate and lead junior team members on workstream tasks, deliverable development, analysis and other client and firm activities

Powerful, effective writing and communication skills 

Able and willing to travel up to 80%

Ability to structure the results of project research & analysis & prepare them in a form the team can use.


Able to own and deliver on significant work streams

and small projects.


EXPERIENCED HIRE

MBA or equivalent work experience required

Minimum 7-10 years work  experience, including significant time in a consulting environment

Ability to lead resources -- both internal and client – to achieve outcomes in a project-based environment

Proven track record of success with attention to detail

Excellent writing and highly-refined verbal communication skills

Highly-successful and seeking work in a more entrepreneurial environment

Able and willing to travel up to 80%
